Starting a Business from Scratch with an Unsecured Loan

Monday, December 31st, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Mary_Wise]Mary Wise You surely wonder which type of loan you need, weather you qualify for a business loan or not, where you can get the loan that you need and how can you improve your chances of getting approved. Well, read on as all your questions are about to be answered. When you think about starting a new business, the first thing you think about is a business loan, yet youd be mistaken if you think you can get approved for a business loan. Business loans are only for running businesses with at least a 3 year running provable credit history. Unsecured Business Loans If you want to start a new business from scratch or get finance for your running business that doesnt have 3 years of credit history yet, youll have to apply for an unsecured loan. Since unsecured loans carry no collateral, your credit score or the firms credit score will determine your ability to obtain the loan along with the interest rate youll be charged. The reason why an unsecured loan is the smart way to go is that, businesses tend to generate income rapidly once everything is settled up, so youll be able to repay it sooner and avoid the risk of repossession if something goes wrong. The flexibility associated with unsecured loans is what makes them the rule when it comes to businesses. Specific Requirements Since youll be applying for an unsecured loan for starting a new business, and given that there are lenders specialized in dealing with this kind of situations, you should get prepared for this loan process by putting together the following documentation: You need to prepare a Business Outline; youll include in this paper all the information regarding the future business: its structure, market conditions, employees needed, machinery needed, etc. Anything that a capitalist would like to know before giving his money for an investment are the same things a lender will want to know. Youll also need to provide a financial avowal stating, if your business has been running for at least a year, everything related to its performance: General Costs, Income, Expenses, Results, etc. There are a lot of forms youll need to fill that will be provided by the lender, but in order for you to be prepared, you should know theyll deal with insurance, legal issues, social security, etc. Loan Amount and Feasibility The loan amount youll be able to get will depend on your credit score and history but lenders are willing to lend $200000 or more as long as they consider your business project to be viable. So you need to concentrate on convincing them that you can achieve everything youve claimed in your business outline. Promises are not enough, you need to show proof that everything you propose is doable and that the only thing you need is the finance that theyll provide. Secured Loan Occupies Lion Share In The UK Loan Market

Sunday, December 30th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Kirthy_S]Kirthy S Applying for loans is quite inevitable in today’s competitive world. Man’s unlimited wants and need for expansion be it business, home improvement or to simply fund one’s own education abroad would push him to apply for loans. Secured loan has a wider loan market in UK and one can get easy approval for secured loans with a collateral laid. A homeowner with any employment status ranging from self-employed to unemployed has an equal chance of securing loans for they have a sound collateral or equity to back their needs. Why is secured loan a popular choice of homeowner? -Secured loans are easily approved than an unsecured loan. -The loan rates are minimal due to the ‘no-risk factor’ faced by the lender. APR or interest rate can be as low as 6% based on your circumstances. For instance, if a borrower is with bad credits your loan rate might be higher than the one with good credit. -Any amount of damaged credits can still qualify for loans. Such loans overlooks a homeowner’s CCJ, payment defaults, foreclosures etc. Gives a chance to that borrower, who is otherwise denied of loans due to adverse credits. -In addition to this, one can even encash on his equity. Raise loan amount ranging up to 125% of one’s property. - A collateral is co-related to the loan amount. High value collateral allows a larger amount loan and a longer repayment term. -Allows a homeowner to free up equity and raise capital to under take home improvements and further add value to the dormant equity itself. It is precisely these benefits that have been conducive in increasing the popularity of secured loan. Today, secured loan occupies a lion share in the uk loan market. One such competitive secured loan rate and an in depth understanding of secured loan can be gained from [http://www.secure-loan-uk.co.uk]www.secure-loan-uk.co.uk Get easy and fast secured loan - [http://www.secured-loans-direct.co.uk/cheap_secured_loan.html]cheap secured loans Bad Credit Personal Loan - [http://www.instant-personal-loan.co.uk/bad-credit-personal-loan.html]Bad Credit Personal Loan Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Kirthy_S http://EzineArticles.com/?Secured-Loan-Occupies-Lion-Share-In-The-UK-Loan-Market&id=295659 cheap phentermine without a prescription buy phentermine online free shipping get phentermine prescription purchase phentermine without prescription

The Secured Loan - Uncovered and Explained

Saturday, December 29th, 2007

By Mary Simone Have you ever tried to have a business conversation with a loan professional that spoke to you in such a way that the fancy terminology made you feel ignorant? Did you have any idea what they were talking about? If youre looking for a basic summary of secured loans, youve come to the right place. After reading through this single page, you will possess enough information to further your education about secured loans, as they are uncovered and explained for the non-financial professional person to understand. First and foremost is the term secured loan. The word secure means free from risk. Security in this sense is in regards to the lender. A secured loan is money granted with something (like a house, boat, car) held as collateral. Simply put, if you dont pay your loan as arranged, the financial institution that gave you the loan has the right to come and take your property as payment. There are a few other differences between secured and unsecured loans. For example, the amount of interest paid on a secured loan is significantly lower than that of an unsecured loan. The reasoning behind this goes back to the original definition of secure and the amount of risk involved. A bank will charge you less money if they are guaranteed a win-win situation, like with a secured loan. Of course, the amount of money borrowed will affect the payment amount. Traditional, secured loans range from 3,000 to 50,000, but have been known to be as high as 250,000 from certain lenders. A predesignated loan payment will be paid for a prearranged amount of time. Both the borrower and lender should be aware of these terms before any legally binding agreement is signed. There are several laws in place to protect both the borrower and lender in the secured loan industry. If the borrower is purchasing a home with a secured loan (often referred to as a mortgage), the loan is subject to the Consumer Credit Act of 1974. Within this act are the strict guidelines as to the act of lending money for loans up to 25,000. Any loan for a greater amount is not regulated. Before a regulated secured loan is written, a legally binding credit agreement for the terms of your individual loan program must be signed by all involved parties. A consideration period of at least 7 days must be granted to the borrower by the lender for you to change your mind and rescind on the loan. Your Faith Level: Where is it NOW?

Thursday, December 27th, 2007

By Michael Tummillo Where’s your faith level? How strong is it? Don’t worry, no matter how strong you feel it is, it WILL be tested. All things MUST be tested - faith, relationships, The Church - to see if they’re worthy of Kingdom use. Jesus Himself was tested, remember? He was led by the Spirit to be tested by the devil. Take heart; if you fail these tests, the Lord always let’s us test AGAIN and AGAIN until we pass. So, PASS as soon as you can! The word “faith”, translated from the Greek πιστις (pistis), primarily conveys the thought of confidence, trust, firm persuasion. Depending on the context, the Greek word may also be understood to mean faithfulness or fidelity (1Th 3:7; Titus 2:10). Pistis is actually a forensic term referring to an eye-witness, firsthand account of a person, place or thing. This kind of faith is based upon experiential knowledge. You see, biblical faith is NOT mere positive thinking; it’s based upon one’s personal experiences with God. Before we recognize these experiences, our faith grows by way of the testimonies of others, especially those accounts detailed in Scripture. Romans 10:17 says, “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.” Many people say they have great faith but few dare to ask, “Faith in WHAT or WHOM?!” It’s only then that we would realize that what many who call themselves ‘Christian’ have not based this faith upon their experiences with Christ. Rather, their faith may be based upon their own self-confidence, self-assuredness or positive thinking. They have, essentially, Christless Christianity, which isn’t Christianity at all. Sadly - and I remember having had this experience myself - most people cannot recall any such personal experiences with Jesus. As ministers - and ALL of us are - when we are counseling an individual, all it takes is some careful guidance regarding the providence of God already at work in an individual’s life and it’s exciting to watch that person light up with joy as they watch their very own experiences with Him unfold before their eyes. Generally, these are daily occurances that were previously taken for granted. My favorite example is to ask the individual: “Why did you wake up this morning? Many people went to bed last night and never saw today. But you did…why?” From that point, I remind them how God has a plan for their lives, a purpose, and that they are to bring Christ into their workplaces, jobs, schools, etc., and GROW in that relationship with Jesus from this day forward. Commenting on the function of faith in relation to the “new and better covenant” that we now have with God, Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” The Hebrew word Πιστις, translated as “faith” here, commonly appears in ancient papyrus business agreements, conveying the idea that a covenant is an exchange that guarantees the future transfer of goods described within the contract or covenant. Hebrews 11:6 further illustrates the meaning and the practical role of faith: “…without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” To summarize the New Testament concept of faith, it is an individual’s reliance upon God as He has revealed Himself in that individual’s life, especially in the sense of confidence in the thousands of promises that are written in Scripture. By the way, name five. In addition, the New Testament writers equate faith in God with belief in Jesus. The Gospel of John is emphatic on this point, as Jesus sais, “The Father judges no one, but has given all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him,” (Jn 5:22,23). When asked “What must we do to do the works God requires?” Jesus answers, “”The work of God is this: to believe in the One He has sent.” (Jn 6:28, 29) HUMANISM: POSITIVE THINKING OR FAITH IN GOD? A frightening number of people have great faith in themselves; in their own human will power. That’s humanism. I recall hearing a young man, about to undertake a difficult task, muttering his mantra, “I can do all things through Christ.” Did he even know Christ? I hope so but, if he failed at his endeavor, has Christ then let him down? You see, Jesus wants to be a REAL person in our lives. For many, as was the case in my own life years ago, he was little more than an historical figure. I daresay, most who call themselves ‘Christian’ do so merely because they weren’t born in Baghdad or Pakistan. A popular baseball expression has been “Ya gotta beleeeeeve!” Believe in what, especially when BOTH teams are “beleeeeeving” for the same results? While humanism declares, “Whatever the mind of man can conceive it can acheive,” the Word of Faith movement claims that you can Blab it and Grab it, march around that BMW seven times and it’s yours. Is this really faith or just so much hocus-pocus? Though positive thinking may appear to work positively on occasion, it’s far more likely to work negatively MOST of the time. In that case, is it working at all? For some, faith tends to imply a transpersonal rather than an interpersonal relationship with their god (whether big or little “g”). The object of one’s faith can be a person or even an inanimate object. It can be a proposition (or body of propositions, such as a religious credo). In each case, however, the faithful subject’s faith is in an aspect of the object that cannot be rationally proven or objectively known. In religious contexts, “faith” has taken on several different meanings. Sometimes, it means loyalty to one’s religion or denomination. It is in the latter sense in which we might hear, for example, “the Catholic faith” or “the Islamic faith,” reflecting one’s loyalty to a particular religious community. Either way, these types of faith are not true to the Biblical definition of the original Greek meaning of the word “pistis.” WHAT ABOUT BLIND FAITH? Many religious rationalists, as well as non-religious people, criticize implicit faith as being irrational. In this view, belief should be restricted to what is directly supportable by logic or evidence. Let’s look at Genesis 22:1-14 and Luke 8:22-25 Is faith blind? I don’t think so - not if it’s real faith. Should one go about taking great “leaps” of faith, believing to have “heard from God”? Genesis tells us that when Abraham heard God command the sacrifice of Isaac, his son, he obeyed. But Abe relied upon faith - his own experiential knowledge of God. Genesis 22 confirms that God will be with him and his descendants (represented by his son, Isaac), if he remains loyal to God. The relationship is conditional, so it is described as a covenant. Abraham obeys God as a way of ensuring that God, as promised, will provide Abraham with land and descendants. Likewise, it was unbelievable to His disciples that Jesus could quiet the tempest storm. The disciples lacked faith in Jesus but needed to learn this lesson: He could be trusted. After all, He was God incarnate. Perhaps that is the point. The meaning of this story might be that faith means trusting in God-in-Christ, even when we cannot know that future events will justify that trust. Just as the disciples needed to learn to trust Jesus, so must we today. THAT is how our faith grows. Talk about things that are “beyond belief,” let’s talk about God’s grace. The apostle Paul declares that salvation is Gods act of grace, which cannot be earned by keeping the commandments of Scripture. All that anyone Jew or Greek, male or female, slave or free needs to do is respond to Gods grace with faith - with trust His love as shown through the sending of His Son, Jesus. After all, it was Jesus who said, “When you see me, you’ve seen the Father.” Afterward, as that relationship matures, one’s experiences with Jesus will serve to cause one’s faith to grow greater than anyone had ever imagined! So, go forward with God. Don’t settle for anything less than faith in Christ. Don’t settle for Christless Christianity…or a Christless existence. Mosquito Spraying: Is It Dangerous For You Health?

Monday, December 24th, 2007

By Raul Gallu Mosquito spraying is one of the most commonly used methods to stop the breeding of these nasty insects. Due to the fact that there are chemicals that are spread over areas where people live, mosquito spraying raises a lot of question like : are those pesticides safe for my health? Does it affects my pets ? What about the objects left outside are they affected by mosquito spraying? And so on. In this article we will try to answer to some of these questions. Mosquito spraying is done using mounted fogging units to apply insecticides as an ultra-low-volume (ULV) spray. These units spray units dispense very fine aerosol droplets (fog) that stay aloft and kill mosquitoes on contact. The amount of insecticide used in mosquito spraying is small compared to the area treated, usually about 3 to 5 ounces per acre, which minimizes exposure and risks to people and the environment. Mosquito spraying is also done by thermal foggers that use an oil carrier that is heated to disperse the pesticide in a dense smoke-like fog. During mosquito spraying , flying mosquitoes within the treated area are killed. Although the local mosquito population is reduced for a few days, fogging does not prevent mosquitoes from re-entering the area. The most commonly used products in mosquito spraying are pyrethrins, synthetic pyrethroid insecticides (such as Scourge and Anvil )and malathion. Pyrethrins are insecticides derived from the extract of chrysanthemum flowers. Pyrethroids are human made forms of pyrethrins. Both of them act as contact poisons, affecting the insects nervous system. For mosquito spraying they are combined with a synergist (such as piperonyl butoxide) that allows the insecticide to be more effective by restricting the enzyme that insects use to detoxify the pyrethrins.Pyrethrins and pyrethroids are use in mosquito spraying without posing unreasonable risks to human health when applied according to the label although, in high dosage, pyrethroids can affect the nervous system, coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, chest pain, runny or stuffy nose. Regarding the wild life and the environment these two insecticides do not pose unreasonable risks, also. When used in mosquito spraying they are low in toxicity to mammals, and are practically nontoxic to birds. However they are toxic to fish and to bees. Therefore E.P.A (Environmental Protection Agency) prohibits the mosquito spraying to open water or within 100 feet of lakes, streams, rivers or bays. Malathion is an organophosphate insecticide that has been registered for the first time in the United States in1956. It is used to kill insects on agricultural crops, on stored products, on golf courses, in home gardens, and in outdoor sites where trees and shrubs are grown at home and also used in mosquito spraying. Malathion comes in two forms: a pure form of a colorless liquid and a technical-grade solution (brownish-yellow liquid), which contains malathion (greater than 90%) and impurities in a solvent. The technical-grade malathion smells like garlic. For mosquito spraying, this substance is applied at a maximum rate of 0.23 pounds (or about 2.5 fluid ounces) of active ingredient per acre, so it doesnt pose unreasonable risk to human health. However, at high doses, malathion, like other organophosphates, can overstimulate the nervous system causing nausea, dizziness, or confusion. Severe high-dose poisoning with any organophosphate can cause convulsions, respiratory paralysis, and death. Malathion degrades rapidly in the environment, especially in moist soil, and it displays low toxicity to birds and mammals, but is highly toxic to beneficial insect (ex honey bees) too. Therefore E.P.A set a few regulations for the use of this product. So these would be the most important aspects of mosquito spraying that you should be concerned about along with the main chemical components used in this process. The Hallmark of Unhappy Couples

Monday, December 24th, 2007

By Elaine Sihera If we take all the perceptions, expectations and stages in a relationship, the personal evolution and sexual compatibility, there is obviously a lot of adjustment to do with our partners from the very first day and for every day afterwards. Come to think of it, we are talking about two complete strangers, with their own history and anxieties, who suddenly like each other, move in together and share an intimate and exclusive environment. It stands to reason that, to make a success of that fledgling partnership, they have to learn to live harmoniously which is no easy feat at all. Any relationship is a tug of war between two different people for power and control. The more confident or controlling one partner is, the more he/ she seeks to make the decisions or dictate behaviour and many people become passive in controlling relationships because of their need to belong and feel secure. Often a sense of duty and a desire to seek approval from other parties keep them soome partners rooted in their tracks, even when it is harmful to their existence. When one member of the relationship is more dominant, or doesnt permit self-expression for the other, the emotional growth of both individuals is likely to be stunted and at least one person will begin to experience frustration, disappointment, fear and anxiety. Eventually, anger becomes the predominant emotion, which could overwhelm the relationship, often leaving the couple with a sense of despair and confusion. At this point, many partners tend to think about leaving the union because they cannot understand, or work with, these negative dynamics, neither can they tolerate their own ambivalent feelings. The impulse to run away from it all becomes paramount, but the reality is that no one can run away from himself. It is thus essential that each person is aware of exactly what works for them in a relationship. When each participant can face her inner feelings and behaviour patterns, when he can take responsibility for his actions and leave blame behind, the couple has the best opportunity to repair their relationship. The stereotype of a happy marriage is one of two people who like each other, understand each other well, and settle disputes easily without much rancour. Yet the law of diversity dictates that many stable marriages will not fit such a stereotype at all. Some are volatile (for example, fighting openly but making up passionately at the first opportunity), some wont argue at all but fume inside, making their body language speak louder than words, while others carefully avoid conflicts by sticking to their corner without budging. They dont even try to work things out. Instead, they agree to disagree (Gottman 1994). Criticism of Partner’s Behaviour Perhaps the difference between happy and unhappy couples lies more in the coping mechanism they employ to deal with difficult issues than in the content of the relationship. It seems that, as a basic rule of thumb, truly happy couples have developed various ways of handling the inevitable conflicts, while unhappy couples have been unable to do that and tend to remain stuck in a quicksand of blame. The hallmark of unhappy couples is criticism of their partner’s behaviour, which evolves into attacking his or her personality. This eventually degenerates into expressing abusive contempt. Naturally the attacked partner becomes defensive. He/she might deny all blame, feel indignant, counter-attack or completely withdraw emotionally from the situation. Both the attacks (more often made by women) and the defensive refusal to deal with the issues (usually by men) are major parts of the problem. Men, particularly those in unhappy relationships, do not listen to the verbal messages of their partners for fear of what they might hear, or because of arrogance towards them, neither do they pick up on the various non-verbal cues. The argument itself becomes the focus instead of the resolution. On the other hand, happy couples may argue, even shout at each other, but their main aim is to resolve the difficulty. To them, a resolution is more important than any argument. Unhappy couples merely exchange hostile accusations of blame incessantly, using their arguments to replace the resolution. David Olson (University of Minnesota), who has studied over 15,000 married couples, said that 50 per cent of married people will never be happy, unless they get unusually good therapy. Only 25 per cent of couples are likely to have really good marriages, though the remaining 25 per cent could achieve a good relationship through counselling or self-help. Other researchers agree that about 30 per cent of marriages are empty shells having little love, little talk and little joy. Olson believes the most important skills and attributes required in any relationship are: communication skills, conflict resolution skills, compatible personalities, agreement on values and beliefs and, of course, skills which enable enjoyable sex. How to Choose the Best Programs for Fitness and Losing Weight

Saturday, December 22nd, 2007

By Foras Aje These days, several people are on the search for the effective means to shedding pounds. Especially with the holiday seasons coming around and new years resolutions being made all over the place, knowing how to choose the best programs for fitness and losing weight is now of uttermost importance. Still, the questions remain: Which programs for fitness and losing weight are indeed the most effective to use for success. Well, personally, I’ve always tended to believe more in natural methods to accomplish this and perhaps this may stem from the fact that similar methods are what worked for my asthma, acne, lethargy and depression. When choosing programs for fitness and losing weight, I strongly suggest that you go for the ones that have a proven success rate, are affordable and are not full of gimmicks. Keep in mind friends that most sites offering so called programs for fitness and losing weight usually have a ripped beyond belief guy and toned lady smiling while working out with equipments and they offer nothing but the same old quick weight loss programs and what’s worse is the images you see might not even be affiliated with the site. Therefore, without you having to spend excessive amounts of money on so-called equipments and gym memberships, I present you with a simple routine for exercise that you could implement and trust me, it works. - 40-60 Ab Wheel Roll Outs - Unlimited Chin-ups - Unlimited Chair Dips - Unlimited Pull Ups - Cardio 25 minutes to Whatever (Running, Jogging, Dancing) As far as the choice for diet is concerned, I strongly advocate the use of the mucus-less diet comprising of Fruits and Vegetables (Roots or Leafy Ones) and occasional Juice Fasts or restricted diet of mono-meals of fruits. An observation of this simple routine will depict that this is all natural, low-cost, no gimmicks AND you are improving your health immensely contrary to what most programs for fitness and losing weight have to offer. Still, I must add that make sure you actually enjoy the use of these suggestions as it is a factor of great importance for you to have success with them. So kick butt and take names my friend. Working in Mexico; The Rules

Saturday, December 22nd, 2007

By Lance Winslow While illegal immigrants and foreign nationals protest in the streets of the United States of America and promise that this is only the beginning, we ask our selves, if you came here to work, why are you protesting on a Work Day and a the Communist Holiday; May Day in the streets of America? Additionally if you do not like it here, why did you risk your life and break the law to come here in the first place? Additionally did you know what it takes to get a permanent work VISA in Mexico? Since becoming a Mexican Citizen is virtually impossible? Well here is what is required to attain and secure a permanent work visa called a FM3. This is in addition to a US passport that would have to be shown each time one goes to work. To apply for the FM3 you will need to submit the following notarized originals (not copies) of your: 1. Birth certificate for you and your spouce 2. Marriage certificate. 3. High school transcripts and proof of graduation. 4. College transcripts for every college you attended and proof of graduation. 5. Two letters of recommendation from supervisors you have worked for at least one year. 6. A letter from the Chief of Police indicating you have no arrest record in the US and no outstanding warrants and was “a citizen in good standing.” 7. Finally; you would be asked to write a letter about your self that clearly stated why there was no Mexican citizen with your skills and why your skills were important to Mexico. You might call it your “I am the greatest person on Earth” letter. It maybe actually fun to write Well, can you say double standards for working in Mexico?
